Notice is hereby given that the 81st Annual General Meeting of the members will be held at the Club House, Guys Cliffe Avenue on TUESDAY 20th April 2009 at 8.00pm for the following purposes:

1. Notice of the meeting
2. Apologies received
3. Minutes of the previous A.G.M.
4. Adoption of Chairman’s Report (see attached)
5. Adoption of the Accounts for the year ended
31st December 2009
6. Election of Officers: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer
7. Election of not more than 5 further members of the
8. Any other business

Every full member over the age of 18 on 1st January 2010 may vote. Every such member shall have one vote and voting by proxy is not permitted. No member shall be entitled to vote unless all monies then due have been paid.

Nominations for the election of Officers and Management Committee should be submitted to the Club Secretary or added to the nomination sheet on the Bar notice board by Saturday 17th April. Nominations should be signed by members entitled to vote and only members over 18 are eligible for election to the Management Committee.

Copies of the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2009 will be available on the night and can be downloaded below.
