TOTS SQUASH

Age 2 – 4 years                     Wednesdays 2.15 – 3.00pm

Pre-school children learn how to throw, catch and hit the ball and develop their movement, balance and coordination in a safe, fun environment.

MINI SQUASH

Age 5-9 years           Mondays 4.30 – 5.30pm / Saturdays 9.30 – 10.30am

Encouraging children to get on court with fun filled sessions aimed at developing movement, co-ordination and balance as well as communication and social skills.

Using specialised equipment, it introduces children to the basics of the game from a young age.

YOUTH STARTERS

Age 11 – 17 years                Saturdays 10.30 – 11.30am

This is a session that gives older juniors the opportunity to learn the basics of the game as well as developing movement, balance and co-ordination skills specific to the requirements of squash.

JUNIOR SQUASH

Age 10 – 17 years         Level 1: Wednesdays 4.30 – 5.30pm / Level 2: Tuesdays 4.30 – 5.30pm

Level 1 – The focus is on improving racket and ball control through correct grip and technique, along with movement and gameplay

Level 2 – The focus is on technical, tactical, and movement through condition and normal match play

THE ACADEMY

Age 10 – 17 years                Tuesdays and Thursdays 4.00 – 5.30pm

For elite juniors competing on the junior circuit and class squash as their number 1 sport

The emphasis is on performance, tactics and fitness.

Juniors must do an individual coaching session and at least one fitness session per week to be part of the academy.
