SQUASH SECTION RULES
MEMBERS
1. One court-access key-fob will be issued to each paid-up member of the squash section of the Leamington Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club.
2. The key fob is only valid for the member to whom it has been issued.
3. Members found to be misusing their key fob will be cautioned and on subsequent misuse may be asked to leave the club.
4. An appropriate dress-code, including non-marking squash shoes, should be adhered to at all times.
5. Only members are allowed to play in the squash leagues or teams.
6. All members should be conversant with the squash section rules.

SUSCRIPTIONS
1. Subscriptions are to be paid annually or by standing-order in advance.
2. Annual subscriptions are due in either April or September. The club’s administrator will advise the appropriate amount.

BOOKING OF COURTS
1. Courts may be booked either at the court-booking machine at the club or via the internet at http://www.leamington-tennis-squash.co.uk/
2. The lights are activated when your opponent places his/her key fob on the reader outside each court or a guest fee is paid into the member’s account before the member activates the lights with his/her fob.
3. Members may only be “active” on one court at a time.
4. Only members can book courts.
5. Day members may only book courts between Monday and Friday from 09:00 to 16:20 (last court).
6. A junior can only play another junior during off-peak times.
7. Members are not permitted to play on un-booked courts, ie. no lights no play.
8. Members are permitted to play on a vacant booked-court but may be asked to leave at any point by the member who’s booked the court.
9. Court bookings are for 40 minutes except court 5 which is for one hour.
10. Courts 1/3 can be booked one week in advance; courts 2/4/5 can be booked two weeks in advance.
11. If you cancel a court booking over 7 days in advance, you will get a full refund on your account.
12. If you cancel a court booking with less than 7 days notice, you only get a refund if another member subsequently books the court.
